Leading custom plastics molder is looking to add to our family. EnviCor Rotomolding LLC, located in Smithfield, NC, is a molder of recreational goods, water/chemical tanks, industrial products and other exciting finished goods for our industry leading customers.
Operators are integral members of our team, responsible for safely molding quality products in an efficient manner. Our customers’ success is dependent upon us. That success is not possible without quality front line team members.
What you will do:
· Read, understand and follow safety and operational instructions
· Maintain work area in a clean and safe manner
· Perform/Assist with machine operations
· Perform/Assist with mold changes
· Load powder, remove molded part from mold
· Keep pace with machine cycle times
· Perform secondary operations with use of power tools
· Maintain quality standards and report deviations
· Be a teammate that others depend upon
· Communicate inventory needs as it relates to daily activities
· Communicate any machine or equipment issues promptly
Skills and Experience:
· High school diploma/GED or comparable work-related experience
· Experience in plastics manufacturing or supervisory roll a plus but not required (Premium pay potential)
· Be prompt and dependable
· Ability to work in hot environment while on your feet
· Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
