Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our production team. The right person will have at least 4 years of machine operating experience and a stable work history with long-term employment at previous jobs. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, keeping the line running smoothly, and making sure products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machines safely and efficiently.
  • Watch machines during operation and make basic adjustments when needed.
  • Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
  • Check products for quality and report any problems.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety rules and company procedures.
  • Complete basic production paperwork and reports.
  • Help with cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Report equipment issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.

Required Qualifications:
