Join Our Team as a Machine Operator in Maple Grove, MN!
Are you a mechanically inclined individual with a passion for manufacturing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your skills are valued? If so, we want you to join our team as a Machine Operator!
 
  • 1st shift: 5:30am - 4pm  Monday -Thursday
  • Pay: $19/hour
 
Summer hours: the company is currently working 5:30am-3pm Monday-Thursday, and 5:30am-9:30am on Friday.
 
What You'll Do:
As a Machine Operator, you'll play a vital role in our production process. You'll operate and maintain machinery, ensuring we produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment.
  • Setting up tooling and performing basic equipment repairs.
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues.
  • Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Following all safety procedures.
What You'll Need:
  • 1-2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet production standards.
  • Ability to learn and cross-train on a variety of machines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Steel-toe shoes required
