Job Summary
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment according to approved work instructions and SOPs
  • Set up machines for production runs, including tooling, materials, and parameter verification
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality during operation
  • Ensure production targets and throughput expectations are met
  • Always Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Perform in-process inspections per specifications (visual checks, measurements, documentation)
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation in real time
  • Identify and report defects, nonconformances, or out-of-spec conditions immediately
  • Support traceability of materials and product throughout the process
  • Follow proper gowning procedures and maintain cleanroom discipline
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and tools (5S standards)
  • Always adhere to contamination control protocols
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses.
