Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Manufacturing Associates. No prior manufacturing experience is required - just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products
Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be in current position for a minimum of one (1) year
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
Basic math and reading skills
