We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coating Operator to join our 1st shift team. The Coating Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining coating equipment to ensure the production of materials that meet our exacting standards and specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and operating coating machines according to established procedures and job specifications.
  • Monitoring machine operations, including material flow, coating thickness, and drying processes.
  • Performing quality checks on coated materials to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
  • Making necessary adjustments to machine settings to optimize performance and ensure product quality.
  • Maintaining accurate production records, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborating with other production team members, supervisors, and quality control personnel.
