McNairn Packaging converts paper rolls into disposable food packaging used by major food brands and supermarkets across the U.S. - from wrappers for Boar's Head and Sysco to packaging for Dunkin' and Texas Roadhouse.
We're currently hiring Machine Operators across multiple machine types and every shift at our Westfield, MA facility. Rather than applying to a specific opening, tell us your experience, skillset, and shift preference - we'll match you to the role and schedule that fits.

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • Able to read and understand manufacturing orders (MOs), Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and other written work instructions; basic math and computer skills
  • Excellent mechanical ability and manual dexterity - ability to use hand tools highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
  • Non-temperature-controlled environment
  • Pull, push, lift, move, and adjust products/materials up to 50 lbs.
  • Periods of long standing, walking, and consistent lifting
  • Work with sharp tools; hearing protection, eye protection, and steel-toed shoes required
  • Safety, hygiene, and cleanliness strictly enforced
