Job description

An Offset Press Operator 2nd/3rd is in charge of preparing, adjusting, and running a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press and performing regular maintenance on the equipment. He/she is key to delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers' expectations.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and adjust the press and all peripherical equipment
  • Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations
  • Perform quality controls while running and make necessary adjustments to the machine
  • Perform maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following an established preventive maintenance schedule
  • Ensure that all raw materials are available before starting production
  • Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator
  • Participate in any other related task
