A well-established manufacturing company located in West Chester, Ohio is looking for 2nd shift press operator. Press Operator Position Summary The Press Operator sets up, operates, and monitors printing presses to produce high-quality pressure-sensitive labels that meet customer and company standards. Hours are 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday with OT as needed Responsibilities Operate and monitor printing press equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy. Complete required production records and track jobs in Label Traxx. Report equipment or material issues to the supervisor. Meet production, quality, and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. #MON
