Job description

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fitting, altering, mending, and customizing garments according to customer measurements and specific order requirements.
Responsibilities:
Perform standard alterations (hemming, tapering, waist adjustments, sleeve shortening) and general repairs (zipper replacement, patching, replacing hardware).
Apply patches, trims, badges, and custom embellishments following precise guidelines and placement instructions.
Measure items accurately and determine necessary adjustments for a proper, comfortable fit.
Safely operate and maintain industrial sewing equipment (single/double needle, blind stitch, overlock, etc.).
Inspect completed garments to ensure high craftsmanship, correct measurements, and clean finishes before final delivery.
Keep the sewing area organized and perform basic routine maintenance on machinery.
