Compensation & Shift Details: - Hourly Rate: $18 per hour, based on experience
- Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Thursday 5a-3:30pm, Fridays 5am-noon with Saturdays as needed (Hours may change with ot)
About the Role:As a
Press Brake Operator, you will be key in producing high-quality metal components by setting up and operating press brake machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards, to meet production goals and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities: - Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines to manufacture precise metal parts.
- Interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy.
- Change tooling, set ram positions, speeds, and backstops to meet specifications.
- Record production and scrap data accurately in the ERP system.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Inspect first-piece run and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues promptly.
- Follow all safety policies, industry regulations, and company procedures.
- Perform physical activities including lifting, bending, stooping, and twisting regularly.
Qualifications & Skills: - High School Diploma or GED required
- Hilo certification may be needed
- At least 1 year of press brake/metal fabrication operating experience preferred
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
- Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Good eyesight, including depth perception and color differentiation
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Bending, forming, rolling techniques
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Positive attitude, energy, reliable attendance, and teamwork mindset
