Position: Lead Press Operator
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for a Lead Press Operator role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are hiring a Screen Print Press Operator Lead to run automatic screen printing presses and lead a small production team. Responsibilities may include:

  • Set up, run, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
  • Inspect prints for quality, color, size, and adhesion
  • Troubleshoot press, ink, and print issues
  • Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance
  • Train and lead up to 4 operators
  • Review job orders and verify materials
  • Track colors and production records
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area
  • More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years printing experience (screen printing preferred)
  • Automatic press experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
  • Must pass background check
