Job description

Westaff is looking for a Machine Operator Press Brake in the Warwick RI area for Immediate Start!

Location: Warwick RI

Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE

We’re looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. You’ll run press brakes and other shop equipment, keep production on track, and help maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Job Duties:

  • Read shop packets and drawings to confirm materials and specs
  • Set up tools and machines for each job
  • Check parts for quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Flag any issues to your lead or supervisor
  • Handle basic machine maintenance (oiling, sharpening, fluid checks, etc.)
  • Move materials around the work cell and manage scrap

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read instructions and complete basic paperwork
  • Press brake experience required
  • Sheet‑metal fabrication experience (5+ years preferred)
  • Comfortable reading metric dimensions
