Job Description We're hiring a Machine Operators (Nights) for our Pearland, TX client. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals who are ready to learn and interview immediately. DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB: Job Title: Machine Operator (Nights) Location: Pearland, TX Pay: $17.75 + $2.50 Shift Differential Available for Night Shift Hours: Monday - Friday (occasional Saturdays), Training on Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Transition to Night Shift after training Duration: Temp-to-Hire Description of Duties: Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals

Perform quality inspections and complete equipment setup checklists. Accurately complete production, quality, and maintenance documentation. Report product quality issues and equipment concerns immediately.

Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication. Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before breakdowns occur. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Properly store tools, materials, and equipment in designated locations. Cross-train in multiple production areas to support operational needs. Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates.

Ability to operate or learn manufacturing equipment safely and effectively. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 45 pounds without assistance.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to troubleshoot basic production and equipment issues.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
