Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.75 per hour, plus a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked from 6pm–6am. Shift: 6am–6:30pm, two-week rotation, every other weekend, N1 shift Why you should apply to be a Machine Operator:

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Completing assigned production duties to ensure customer, team member, and vendor satisfaction.
  • Setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and cleaning all assigned production and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Performing regular product quality control checks and maintaining accurate production documentation.
  • Resolving equipment jam-ups and restoring line operation efficiently.
  • Maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all plant regulations.
  • Communicating effectively between shifts and supporting all areas of the production facility as needed.
  • Ensuring work areas are sanitary and strictly adhering to all sanitation and safety practices.
