Schedule: 1st Shift (Day Shift) - Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. 30-minute un-paid lunch, 2 paid breaks
Pay Range: $18.00 ? $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking Machine Operators for 1st shift to join our manufacturing team. These positions support multiple production operations and may include offset envelope press operation and/or envelope converting equipment (folder/gluer machines). Opportunities are available for both entry-level operators and more experienced adjusters, depending on skills and background.

Essential Job Functions

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing environment
  • Positions may include:
    • Offset envelope press operation
    • Envelope converting and folder/gluer machine operation and adjustment
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications
  • Make routine machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting
  • Accurately complete required production and quality documentation
