Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Shift: 6:00 AM- 2:30PM, Monday - Friday
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Duties include working with metal fabrication equipment material handling
  • Ability to comprehend and execute work assignments with minimal follow up
  • Customer service and quality driven
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to be cross trained in other functions
  • Ability to use diverse hand tools and equipment to perform duties
  • Basic math, reasoning, problem solving and computer skills

Qualifications
  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years production experience, preferably in the metals/materials industry
  • Execute assignments as given by the Supervisor or Group Leader
  • Immediately inform supervision of all equipment, process, material, safety, and quality concerns
  • Follow all work instructions, policies, work rules, safety guidelines, and work procedures
  • Training other team members as assigned
  • Participate in daily housekeeping of assigned areas and other cleanup efforts as assigned
  • Participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and customer complaint resolution efforts
  • Read and understand product blueprints and technical data sheets as required
  • Perform basic preventative equipment maintenance as assigned
  • Accept reassignment to other departments as workload dictate
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
