Job description

MACHINE OPERATOR 
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Several Machine Operators for a company based in Fairmount, GA. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment used in the manufacturing of brick products. This role involves running brick production machinery, operating automated setter equipment, and using a front-end loader to transport raw materials and finished products. The operator ensures efficient production, product quality, and compliance with all safety standards. This position is full-time temporary to hire.
 
Pay Rate 
$16.00 per hour 
(Daily production incentive plus $50 weekly achievement bonus, if earned.)
 
Schedule and Hours 
Rotating day shift, 7am-7pm 
(2 on 2 off 3 on- working every other weekend) 
 
Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate brick manufacturing, setter, and front-end loader equipment to support daily production and material handling activities.
• Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Load, move, and transport raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and report mechanical issues as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and assist in meeting production goals.
 
Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements 
• Pulmonary Function test is required. 
• Experience operating industrial machinery, setter machines, front-end loaders, or similar heavy equipment preferred.
• Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment and follow safety regulations and operating procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. (in office assessment will be conducted)
