Starting Pay : $19.50/hr to $21.00/hr
Shift: 2nd or 3rd
Essential Functions: The operator's primary responsibility is molding quality parts to support the Company mission "To deliver exceptional services, engineered solutions and quality products on time."
  • Efficiently and accurately read and follow work instructions
  • Review Work Order
  • Operate press to produce molded parts
  • Follow Operator Instructions for the specific part criteria including performing quality checks, and any required SPC as directed by team leader.
  • Visually inspect each molded part.
  • Clip and trim molded parts.
  • Pack molded part in boxes.
  • Advise next operator of any information about press or molded parts.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and rules
  • Follow written work procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organize work area

Required Skills:
  1. Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.
  2. Good mechanical ability and attention to detail
  3. Ability to learn quickly

Preferred Skills:
  1. Experience on the use of measuring tools helpful
  2. Good Math skills
  3. Prior manufacturing experience
  4. Self-motivated team player
  5. Blueprint reading helpful

Required Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED
Training in general safety
Preferred Education and Experience:
Experience as a machine operator
Pre-employment Conditions:
Successful completion of a criminal background check, physical capabilities testing and a drug screen.
