The Team:ย 
This role is a part of theย production team.ย The Wave operator work with and supports the inspector/solderer teams andย wave assembly line team.

The Role:ย 
In this position, the wave operator is operating the machine, setting it up and completing a basic inspection to ensure the board runs through the machine correctly. The operator is consistently onย his/her feet in a fast-paced environment.ย 

You will spend your time:

  • Perform machine set-up for wave machine
  • Operate wave machine
  • Perform electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes using hand tools and electronic tools
  • Perform other machine operations as needed
  • Rotate to various workstations as required
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Maintain clean and orderly workstations and equipment
  • Follow prescribed safety regulations
  • Complete tasks as designated by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision
  • Other duties as assigned
