Location: Wilson, NC
Pay: $14.00/hour

Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating assigned machinery, monitoring production, inspecting finished products, and reporting equipment or quality issues.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate assigned production machinery according to established procedures.
  • Monitor equipment during production and identify abnormal operation or issues.
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as trained.
  • Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Follow production specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Load materials into machinery and remove completed product as required.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and notify maintenance personnel of equipment problems.
  • Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Meet established production and quality expectations.
  • Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
  • Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work the assigned shift.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Pay: $14.00/hour
Openings: 3 on 2nd Shift and 2 on 3rd Shift.
