Job Description
Machine Maintenance/Operator
This position involves the operation and maintenance of machinery designed for the production and packaging of ice into packages of various sizes ready for shipment to our customers.
Additionally the successful candidate:
  • must have some maintenance and repair experience or demonstrate an acceptable aptitude.
  • must be able to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack
  • must possess the ability or aptitude necessary to learn to operate ice production and packaging machinery.
  • must be willing to work long and flexible hours and some weekends during the summers months.
  • must be able to work in a cold environment (18 - 40 degrees)
  • must be willing to work weekends
  • must have dependable transportation and an active drivers license
  • must be willing to work in other areas of the operation if asked to do so

Normal Shift 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
2nd shift will be from 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM
Summer hours will be longer and some weekend work is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 /hour
