Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our growing team. The ideal

candidates will have experience in Insulation extrusion, Insulated Wire Twisting & Cabling, Jacket

Extrusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate full insulation extrusion production line equipment, twisting/cabling production line

equipment, jacket extrusion production line equipment and other related equipment & machine

• Operate cable production equipment such as pay-off stands, extruders, cooling troughs, take-up

machines, etc.

• Load raw materials (e.g. copper, plastic..) into machines as per work instructions.

• Set up, adjust, and monitor production machinery to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure smooth operation

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• in-line quality checks, such as diameter, surface condition, insulation eccentricity, printing, pitch,

lay length

• Record production and self-inspection data accurately

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guideline
