Position Summary
The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing injection molding machines, robots, auxiliary equipment, and facility systems to keep production running efficiently. This position also performs general building maintenance and handyman work throughout the plant.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
-Perform preventive and emergency repairs on production equipment.
-Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
-Maintain injection molding machines, robots, dryers, conveyors, granulators, chillers, and related equipment.
-Repair and maintain 480V three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and VFDs.
-Perform general building maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other facility repairs.
-Assist with equipment installations and plant improvement projects.
-Follow all OSHA, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and PPE requirements.
-Maintain accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
-Injection molding maintenance experience preferred.
-Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
-Experience working with 480V three-phase power.
-Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
-Experience maintaining industrial robots (Fanuc, Engel, Haitian, Arburg, or similar) preferred.
-Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and LOTO.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
