The Impact You'll Make

As our Lube Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping our fleet of construction equipment in top shape. From excavators and bulldozers to loaders and cranes, your work will directly support our crews in the field, reduce costly downtime, and ensure every machine is ready for the next big job. You’ll be a vital link between the shop and the job site—helping us deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Perform routine lubrication, oil changes, and filter replacements on heavy construction equipment.
  • Inspect hydraulic systems, undercarriages, and other critical components for wear or damage.
  • Maintain accurate service records for each piece of equipment.
  • Operate service trucks to perform on-site maintenance at job locations.
  • Monitor fluid levels and perform fluid sampling for analysis.
  • Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling and disposing of lubricants and fluids.
  • Communicate equipment needs or potential issues to mechanics and supervisors.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience servicing heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery (construction or mining industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of lubrication systems, hydraulic fluids, and preventative maintenance practices.
