We are looking for a Manufacturing Maintenance Craftsperson in our Weatherford, OK location.
  
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and calibration of industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
 
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
 Primary/Essential: 

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, per ISO standards. Following standard procedures as indicated on PM work orders or in equipment manuals.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Use V.O.M. to troubleshoot electrical / electronic problems.
  • Have the knowledge to repair and troubleshoot AC/DC Variable Speed Drive Systems. (Up to 100hp, 480v, 3phase).
  • Knowledge to install, repair and troubleshoot flow meters, pressure and temperature transmitters.
  • Ability to use voltmeter, amp meter in troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of NEC, explosion proof and intrinsic wiring practices. 
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and make standard adjustments to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and machinery including fixed and variable speed power transmission systems.
  • Install mechanical and pneumatic piping to plant or production equipment.
  • Move material, equipment, and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling.
  • Assemble, fit, and align machinery and equipment using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools.
  • Complete shop records and use reporting system following established procedures as required for effective performance of the job or operation of the department.
  • Perform and document metrology and equipment calibrations to support ISO and quality programs.

 Secondary: 

  • Use proper metal joining techniques such as arc and acetylene welding, brazing, and soldering as required for installation and repair of equipment.
  • Perform light metal fabrication, wood construction, painting, and other miscellaneous or general maintenance work as required.
  • Set up and operate shop equipment such as hand tools, electric and air powered portable tools, carpentry tools and machine tools including, but not limited to; lathes, milling machines, grinders, drill presses, and saws.
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Education/Experience: 
    • 2-year associates degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience
    • Experience working on Industrial Equipment preferred
    • Excellent Mechanical Aptitude
