Job description

A Fintube Machine Helper assists finning operators in manufacturing finned tubes for industrial heat exchangers. Responsibilities include loading raw tubing and fin strips, staging materials, inspecting finished products, and keeping the work area safe and clean. This hands-on role requires frequent heavy lifting and the ability to work in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load heavy tubes and fin strips into input racks and machines, often using overhead cranes or forklifts.
  • Machine Assistance: Support operators in setting up, threading, and running machines that wrap or embed fin strip material onto tubes.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect tubes and fins for defects; use calipers, tape measures, or micrometers to verify dimensions
  • Prep and Clean: Clean machines, remove metal scrap, and prep finished units for shipping or crating.
Qualifications & Requirements
