Weyerhaeuser’s Longview Lumber Mill in Longview, Washington is hiring a Journey-Level Millwright to help us continue our tradition of excellence in the timber industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine centers to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate and modify equipment.
  • Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, drive chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Perform welding and cutting tasks with precision and safety.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and alignment.
  • Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • Previous Millwright experience.

  • Comfortable working in environments with wood dust and varying temperatures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends.

Compensation: Your wages and benefits are set by the labor agreement between Weyerhaeuser and the union representing employees at this work site. We are targeting a pay range of $38.57 – $45.67 per hour based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience.
