Job Title: Machine Operator (Entry Level)
Job Description

This entry-level Machine Operator role focuses on operating production equipment in a highly manual, hands-on environment. You will work independently in your own workstation cell, loading bar stock into machines, performing light visual quality checks, and supporting general production activities. The position requires consistent physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in an entry-level capacity.
  • Load bar stock and other materials into machines according to established procedures.
  • Perform light visual quality checks to identify obvious defects or irregularities in products.
  • Carry out general production and assembly tasks as needed to support manufacturing output.
  • Work independently within an assigned cell while following all work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Handle manual tasks throughout the shift, including lifting up to 50 pounds and moving materials as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support safe and efficient operations.
