Responsibilities
Machine Operator - Operations I
Proficiently operate basic machinery independently at a defined rate with proper quality
Develop and maintain an understanding of the products they assemble and how they impact the business.
Continuous learning of the principles, practices, and processes of their job as changes require and similar jobs
Safely handle materials utilizing proper lifting techniques, including overhead hoists/lift tables.
Communicate hazards and/or equipment issues with leadership.
Occasionally provide basic training to employees as needed
Cross train in different areas within the department and flex to different stations as needed
Machine Operator - Operations II
All Machine Operator I responsibilities
Operate complex machinery independently (minimum of 50% stations) at defined rate with proper quality.
Frequently provide training to employees on work instructions/standard work.
Requirements
High school Diploma or equivalent (GED). 2-3 years of experience operating relevant machinery or equivalent
Detail oriented and organized.
