Express Employment Professionals (Covina, CA) is recruiting for a local manufacturer in City of Industry, CA seeking a CNC turning specialist who can program, set up, operate, and resolve issues on CNC lathes to deliver tight-tolerance results.

Role details
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 1st shift, 6:30 am–3:00 pm (overtime available)
  • Compensation: Pay depending on experience
  • Worksite: City of Industry, CA
What you’ll do
  • Program, set up, and run CNC lathes to manufacture precision components
  • Read and apply blueprints, drawings, and GD&T
  • Verify critical dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and related metrology tools
  • Diagnose and correct machine, tooling, and programming problems
  • Maintain in-process quality and adjust offsets and parameters for consistency
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 4 years of CNC machining experience (turning)
  • Strong command of G-code/M-code, setups, tooling, and offsets
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Preferred: HAAS ST‑20Y experience with bar feeder
  • Preferred: Live tooling and bar feeder background
