Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming first impression of the agency.

Conduct client in-take forms.

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.

Assist with client communication and correspondence.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Provide general administrative support to the team.


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, phone systems).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
