Job Summary:
RSC Solutions is a company seeking an nCino Developer to maintain and enhance nCino capabilities supporting commercial lending workflows. The role requires strong hands-on development experience and solid Salesforce administrative skills to ensure data integrity and optimize nCino functionality.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platform
• Configure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processes
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionality
• Stay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Create and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practices
• Build and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules
