M365 Project Suite Administrator
Washington, DC
 
The M365 Project Suite Administrator is expected to assist with configuration and implementation, utilizing best practice recommendations and technical expertise. They will possess experience in the M365 Project Suite implementation, configuration, administration, and demonstrate M365 Project Suite architecture expertise. The Administrator will be responsible for supporting the configuration of the DOT tenant so that each Operating Agency (OA) identified has a discrete workspace. They will also guide DOT on how to manage and maintain DOT’s Project Online operations post-implementation. The Administrator, designated as key personnel, shall be aware of, understand, and abide by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) policies, regulations, and security practices. 
 
The Administrator must have an in-depth knowledge of the M365 Project Suite features and capabilities. Proficiency in the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem is required for integrating the M365 Project Suite with other tools and systems used within the organization. At the direction of the COR, the Contractor shall support the identification of integration methods with other M365 tools currently in the DOT environment. Additionally, technical skills in system administration and configuration, along with strong communication and training abilities, are vital for success in facilitating collaboration, and driving business outcomes through the effective configuration of the M365 Project Suite.
 
The Administrator will work with supporting staff to develop a variety of technical reports and/or manuals for documentation that must adhere to organizational and legal standards.
