The Sr. Analyst - Talent Acquisition Operations & Campus Programs supports Talent Acquisition through recruiting operations, analytics, systems coordination, process improvement, and campus recruiting program execution. This role ensures recruiting processes operate efficiently, recruiting data is accurate and actionable, and campus recruiting activities are executed with operational excellence to support Lyric's hiring objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting Operations & Systems

  • Administer Workday Recruiting workflows, process updates, data accuracy activities, and operational improvements to ensure recruiting processes are efficient, compliant, and consistently executed.
  • Evaluate workflow issues, system impacts, testing requirements, and documentation updates; recommend practical solutions that improve recruiting operations across Talent Acquisition, HRIS, hiring managers, and external partners.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, data quality issues, and operational risks across pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, offer outcomes, and other key recruiting metrics.
  • Translate recruiting metrics into clear business insights and actionable recommendations that improve operational performance and support hiring decisions.

Campus Recruiting Operations

  • Coordinate campus recruiting programs by managing university partnerships, recruiting event registration, travel logistics, interview schedules, recruiting materials, and post-event activities.
  • Support both virtual and on-campus recruiting events through interview scheduling, candidate communications, interviewer coordination, and event execution.
  • Maintain campus recruiting reporting and program metrics, including participation, pipeline conversion, hiring outcomes, and effectiveness analyses to support continuous improvement.

Technology, Tools & Vendor Support

  • Evaluate recruiting technologies, automation opportunities, AI-enabled recruiting solutions, and vendor services that improve Talent Acquisition efficiency and user adoption.
  • Monitor technology utilization, process adoption, and operational outcomes; recommend enhancements that strengthen recruiting operations and user experience.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner with recruiters, HR, HRIS, hiring managers, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver consistent, effective recruiting operations and hiring support.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues and external partners to support recruiting programs, operational initiatives, and continuous process improvement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Campus Recruiting, or a related function.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting, including workflow administration, reporting, and data quality management.
  • 3+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting campus recruiting programs, career fairs, university recruiting events, interview coordination, or early-career hiring initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience coordinating career fair logistics, university partnerships, recruiting travel, event registration, and recruiting materials.
  • Knowledge of recruiting funnel metrics, Talent Acquisition KPIs, and campus recruiting program analytics.
  • Ability to understand Talent Acquisition strategy and translate strategic priorities into operational execution and reporting.
  • Experience working with recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI-enabled recruiting solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

$86,973.00 - $130,460.00
