Our Security team plays an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-run store environment. This position focuses on preventing loss through awareness, hospitality, and teamwork while supporting daily store operations. Team members are expected to deliver excellent customer service, remain attentive to their surroundings, and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers, all while contributing to a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
Team members will participate in our paid training program, which includes hands-on, in-person learning with experienced trainers. You'll gain the tools, confidence, and knowledge needed to succeed while making a meaningful impact on both store safety and the customer experience.
Store Hours:
6 am - 10 pm
Requirements:
  • Looking for individuals who are available between 18 - 28 hours/week
  • Must have an open and flexible availability for shifts
  • Must be able to work within Store Operating hours (6 am - 10 pm)
  • Previous loss prevention, security, and deescalation experience is highly preferred
  • Monitor public areas for unusual activity and potential threats
  • Monitor security systems like alarms and closed-circuit cameras
  • Identify potential thieves from customers or staff
  • Document theft and other violations
  • Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
