What we're looking for:

We have immediate openings for Auto techs! Five-day work week including Saturdays in our fast-paced Service Department. We are willing to train the right applicant. This is a great opportunity to advance and build a long-term career with the only dealership in Eastern Iowa selling and servicing a lot of vehicles in a very different way!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform light maintenance to Cars and Trucks of all makes and models.  Changing oil and filter, rotating tires, brake inspections and installation.  Light suspension diagnosis and alignments.    
  • Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
  • Perform Multi-Point inspections with accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.
  • Presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
  • Ensures the customer’s needs are understood.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communication skills – communicates effectively with others.
  • Time management – managing one’s own time and time of others.
  • Typing – ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Personal and professional integrity.
