About This Role

  • Participate in mandatory procurement meetings.
  • Gain exposure to our Inventory Management Process, Quality Improvement Processes, and Value Stream Improvement Process.
  • Understand the purchasing function.
  • Managing PO dates
  • Provide Documentation of indirect Spend Purchases and competing expense reports
  • RRQ project for a Contract Management Tool
  • Partner with the supplier quality engineering intern on supplier rationalization project.
  • Gain exposure to executive management.

Qualifications

  • Student should be engaged in the pursuit of a B.S. or M.S. materials, integrated supply chain or related degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
