What you will do

The Regional Services Sales Manager (RSSM) serves as the commercial leader for connected vehicle services, solutions, and service contracts within the assigned region. In this new role, the RSSM oversees all aspects of services sales, acting as the primary interface between the organization, dealers, and customers on all sales activities relating to Service and Solutions sales.


Based in the field, the RSSM works collaboratively with the Mack Trucks Regional Team and the Services and Service Contract development teams to drive the successful deployment of new offerings and contribute to the enhancement of existing solutions, ultimately delivering measurable sales outcomes.


The RSSM plays a key role in fostering strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting long-term loyalty to Mack Trucks through the activation of Mack services and solutions. As the regional subject matter expert for all offers, the RSSM drives sales while supporting dealers' efforts ensuring consistent and high-value customer experience across the region.


Core Responsibilities:
   As a member of Mack Trucks' regional team, serves as the commercial lead for the connected services and solutions portfolio for the region. 
   Develop actionable and measurable regional plans with dealers to achieve targeted goals.
   Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of service contracts, connected services, and aftermarket solutions across assigned markets.
   Achieve revenue, penetration, and market share targets for services and solutions.
   Deliver compelling solution presentations that clearly demonstrate ROI in uptime, productivity, safety, and total cost of ownership.
   Collaborate with regional sales teams to ensure alignment of truck sales with bundled service and solutions offerings.
   Track usage, adoption, and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal.
   Provide market feedback to product and solutions teams to support continuous improvement.
   Manage sales performance, pipeline activity, and service contract penetration rates.
   Provide regular reporting and insights to management on opportunities, risks, and market trends.
   Conduct customer visits or events and ensure collaborative execution of the brand strategies to sell services, solutions, and service contracts through the dealer network.
   Supports MTNA's efforts on conquest and targeted customers by team selling and bundling truck sales with service and solution offerings.
   Ensures adherence to established policies, procedures, and budgets.
   Maintains good customer and dealer relations.

Education and Experience Required:

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Technology or related field.

5+ years of progressive experience in telematics-based services, or service contract sales

Experience as a change agent or innovator in a sales management role

Appropriate expertise in sales/marketing, strategic forecasting/planning and implementation

Displayed problem solving and customer service skills

Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies

Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English

This position requires frequent travel.

For this position, the base pay is set at $128,300.00 - $158,400.00 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
