Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center's clinical team in delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves both direct patient interaction and essential back-office responsibilities to ensure smooth surgical operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on pre-operative orders to ensure all required tests, clearances, and documentation are completed prior to procedures
  • Conduct post-operative follow-up calls to assess patient recovery, address concerns, and communicate updates to providers
  • Clean, sterilize, and pack surgical instruments and supplies in accordance with infection control standards
  • Maintain inventory and order surgical and medical supplies as needed
  • Assist with patient preparation and documentation as directed by clinical staff
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:

  • Current and active LVN license
  • Previous experience in a surgical or outpatient setting preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
This position is based in a clinical setting with a combination of patient-facing duties and administrative support tasks.
