Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse Residency Program!

Sign On Bonus $2,500 per Agreement!*

The Baxter Health Residency provides an onboarding experience to transition newly graduated license practical nurses, from students, to safe, competent professionals.  The LPN Residency includes evidence-based curriculum, acute care focused learning activities and guided clinical experiences with a preceptor.

This program was designed for LPN graduates and LPN's, with six (6) months or less experience.  LPN's with less than one year of acute care experience may be eligible.  Specific criteria must be met.

NOTE:  The Residency itself takes place on Day Shift.  Once the Immersion Period of the Residency is completed you will then work the shift for which you were hired, either day or night shift.
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Practical Nurse.
Safety Sensitive Designation:
This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. 

Note:  Sign On Bonus available per Sign On Agreement Requirements.
