The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. The role involves delivering compassionate and efficient healthcare services, ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with nursing standards.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide basic patient care, including wound care, hygiene assistance, and mobility support.
  • Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting care provided and patient responses.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.
  • Participate in patient assessments and contribute to the planning of care strategies.
  • Assist in emergency situations, providing prompt and effective care.

Required Education:
