Job Summary:

We invite dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to join our team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at Harmony Care at Golfcrest, a long-term care facility in Houston, TX. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents, while furthering your career and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers and records medications and treatments

  • Prepares for and assists physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments

  • Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individuals

  • Perform other job-related duties as they become required

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

  • Valid LVN license in the state of Texas

  • CPR certification

  • 1+ years of experience required

  • Experience in long-term care or a related setting a plus
