As part of our travel team, you will communicate with clients, suppliers, and fellow team members to deliver best-in-class service to our members. Selecting relevant accommodation and transportation options and ensuring every detail is checked to provide a smooth and stress-free travel experience while creating memories for our clients that will last a lifetime.
General Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients in booking travel, ranging from commercial flights to hotels, to vacation homes and car rentals
  • Use Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers
  • Working with suppliers around the world to ensure our clients are receiving the best rates, perks, and service in the market

Typical hours may include:
  • Shifts can start as early as 7am and may go as late as 10pm.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 2 years of Luxury Hospitality experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 1+ years experience at a travel agency
  • 1+ years of Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
