  • Drive revenue through upselling concierge and ancillary services, while conducting outbound outreach to past clients, agents, and new leads

  • Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including forecasting, lead tracking, and real-time CRM updates

  • Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets while maintaining strong conversion rates and communication SLAs (response times, follow-ups, client engagement)

  • Track performance metrics and manage assigned homeowner accounts to maximize occupancy, pricing strategy, and overall revenue performance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and homeowners, ensuring alignment on rates, availability, and booking strategy

  • Provide ongoing performance insights to homeowners and ensure listings remain optimized based on market conditions

  • Deliver a high-touch, luxury client experience throughout the booking process while coordinating closely with Reservations, Guest Experience, and Operations teams

  • Ensure all client details, requests, and expectations are accurately documented and communicated

  • Become highly proficient in CRM, LPMS, and communication tools, adapting quickly to new technologies, automation, and AI-driven workflows

  • Maintain deep knowledge of all properties and confidently present and position listings based on client needs

  • Strong sales and closing ability with a hospitality or luxury service mindset

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communicator with both clients and internal teams

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and adaptable to change

Additional Details

  • This role requires flexibility, including occasional evening and weekend availability and holidays
