Location: Palm Springs Uptown Design District
Experience Level: Minimum 3-5 years experience in luxury retail management.

Known for our carefully curated collection of books, gifts, home décor, art, and specialty treasures, we’re also proud to host celebrity book signings and exclusive in-store events that attract both locals and visitors from around the world.
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales & Client Experience Supervisor to lead by example, inspire a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, thrives on developing others, and understands that lasting client relationships are the foundation of a successful luxury retail business.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead the sales floor by setting the standard for exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and sales performance.
  • Personally drive sales by confidently engaging customers, identifying their needs, and closing sales.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients that encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate Sales Associates to strengthen selling techniques, increase confidence, and exceed sales goals.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and accountability.
  • Lead daily sales initiatives and create a culture focused on results and exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally while protecting and enhancing the Just Fabulous brand.
  • Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies, promotional events, and exclusive celebrity appearances.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and support daily business operations.

Position Details
