All our work is produced in our state-of-the-art 80,000+ sqft woodwork shop, located just southwest of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts.Our team is made up of more than 90 of the industry's most sought-after professionals, including craftsmen, engineers, project managers and installation teams. This role involves crafting custom wood components and cabinetry for luxury homes, working from detailed shop drawings and plans, and ensuring the highest level of fit and finish.Key Responsibilities:Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, and millwork components to shop drawings/specificationsOperate woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficientlyRead and interpret shop drawings and stock listsMaintain a clean and organized workspace and follow all shop safety protocolsPerform quality checks throughout the fabrication processCollaborate with shop leads and production management to meet deadlines and design intent Qualifications:2+ years of cabinetmaking or millwork experience (architectural millwork a plus)Strong knowledge of woodworking tools, materials, and techniquesAbility to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentsFamiliarity with various hardwoods, veneers, and engineered wood productsAttention to detail and pride in producing high-quality workReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed Compensation:Competitive salary based on experienceBenefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement options)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and training
