Job description

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Now interviewing for elite professionals in Ultra Luxury Residential new and estate restoration to oversee the full field execution of custom high-end residential projects ranging from $10M to $100M.

We are hiring for the following roles:

  • Senior Construction Manager โ€“ serving as the on-site project executive, responsible for overall field execution, owner interface, and trade partner leadership from groundbreaking through final delivery.
  • Lead Project Superintendent โ€“ managing all phases of high-end residential construction with deep expertise in concrete shell, finish quality, and jobsite leadership.
  • Area Superintendents โ€“ overseeing designated scopes or buildings on expansive estates with scheduling, safety, and coordination responsibilities.
  • Field Engineers โ€“ supporting layout, Procore documentation, and daily field coordination while learning the ultra-luxury construction process from the ground up.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Overseeing jobsite operations from mobilization through project closeout.
  • Managing project schedules, trade sequencing, and inspection readiness in a highly customized environment.
  • Driving quality, cleanliness, and communication standards across all trades.
  • Collaborating with project managers, architects, designers, and high-end clients or their representatives.
  • Enforcing safety procedures and proactively resolving conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  • Maintaining accountability for structural integrity, finish quality, and adherence to project specifications.
