  • Role: Senior Project Manager – Ultra Luxury $400m Hotel
  • Salary: US $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus + medical/dental/vision + benefits

A globally recognised luxury real estate developer is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a flagship ultra-luxury hotel within a large-scale master-planned resort community. Working from pre-construction through to handover, you will oversee the design, procurement and construction of a world-class hospitality project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of a luxury hotel project from pre-construction through completion and handover.
  • Manage the project programme, budget, procurement strategy and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants and contractors throughout all project phases.
  • Oversee design management, value engineering and technical coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining programme objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder reporting and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience delivering luxury hospitality projects from concept through completion.
  • Proven track record managing high-end hotel construction projects for internationally recognised operators or developers.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, project controls and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within large-scale mixed-use or master-planned developments would be advantageous.
