JOB DESCRIPTION

Warehouse Manager – Operations & Fulfillment 

CLUXE | Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | $55,000 – $65,000 

CLUXE (Carolina's Luxury Event Rentals) is hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead onsite, improve processes, and grow with the team. Candidates must be able to pull, load, drive routes, and manage staff efficiently. 


Read this first 

This leadership role is hands-on, requiring you to work alongside the team by pulling orders, loading trucks, driving routes as needed, and setting operational standards for a luxury rental warehouse. As the business expands, you'll handle less manual work and take on more leadership and strategy. Desk-only management isn't suitable for this role. 


About CLUXE 

We provide luxury event services, including full design, production, premium rentals, sculptural floral arrangements, and custom surfaces. Serving corporate, executive, wedding, and social clients throughout the Carolinas, our reputation is based on operational excellence. 


What you'll own: 

◆Daily warehouse tasks: pulling, checking, staging, loading, returns 

◆Ensuring order accuracy and event readiness 

◆Warehouse organization, cleanliness, inventory accountability 

◆Loading/unloading trucks and occasional box truck driving 

◆Handling post-event returns, tracking damage, reconciling inventory 

◆Maintaining OSHA safety and forklift standards 

◆Developing SOPs with Operations team 

◆Supervising, training, and managing warehouse staff and drivers 

◆Process execution within Point of Rental (POR) and internal systems 


What you bring: 

◆3–7+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations 

◆Forklift certification, or ability to become certified within 30 days 

◆OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, or ability to obtain it within 60 days 

◆Valid driver's license and confidence operating box trucks 

◆ Ability to regularly lift items weighing more than 50 lbs. 

◆Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities 

◆Bonus: Experience in events, rentals, hospitality, or POR 

◆Full-time with non-traditional hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Active warehouse environment. 


Compensation 

$55,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience and certifications.
